I had a great experience with Christian ** throughout the entire roof replacement process. Christian did an excellent job explaining the value of the new roof and walking us through everything that was included. His presentation was thorough, professional, and easy to understand. He took the time to explain the materials, the roofing process, and what we could expect from start to finish. Christian also clearly explained the warranty, which gave us confidence in our investment. He answered all of our questions and made sure we felt comfortable before moving forward.

I was so impressed with Dabella that I would recommend them in any home improvement application. When I needed a new roof, the DaBella representative, Jorge, did everything that he could to help me understand what was needed for the repair. Jorge explained step by step in detail what was needed for my badly dilapidated roof, how the process works, and even how to finance the project (DaBella offers very reasonable financing and adjusts it to fit your personal budget). They do their best to offer and provide the best, I highly recommend!

We recently had our siding redone with DaBella in Bremerton, WA. Overall, it was great experience! The Sales Rep, Shanhan, did a great job in explaining the James Hardie options for the siding and the processes involved. He spent a good amount of time showing all the options, until we ultimately picked the most phenomenal color (Eucalyptus Green). He also was really lovely to our Seahawk loving pup, Sophie.

I wanted to take a moment to share my appreciation for the consultant Byron **, who came to my home on Saturday for a bathroom remodeling consultation. I felt it was important to recognize the outstanding job he did while representing your company. He conducted himself in a very professional manner and demonstrated a genuine passion for both the company and its products. What impressed me most was that his enthusiasm felt sincere and authentic. He spoke about the products with confidence and explained them in a way that showed he truly believed in their quality and value. He was respectful, knowledgeable, patient, and willing to go above and beyond to answer my questions.

We had a wonderful experience working with Landon on our bathroom remodel. From the very beginning, he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and attentive to our needs. What impressed us the most is that Landon carries himself with a level of professionalism and confidence that you rarely see nowadays. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel pressured or rushed into making a decision. He was honest and genuinely interested in helping us find the right solution for our home.

I signed to have a partial bathroom remodel, removing the tub and making it a shower. It took 3 months until my job was scheduled. Afterwards I have been trying for 1 month to get it completed. They owe me 2 shelves, a longer hose for the hand-held shower and a mount for it. I have called about 6 other 7 times, always being referred to our case worker, who seems to be on another call. Quite annoying. The installation was done beautifully, however.

Rain gave a great presentation of the product and its benefits. The start-up process has been stressless. Can't wait for the project to get started.

I saw on tv commercials for siding that needed to be done on my house. Then DaBella reached out and set an appointment. David ** and Jaidev ** came did an inspection. Very very professional. Gave me a great price. Thank you Federal Way DaBella. Got a price I could afford.

Prepainted Hardiboard siding, perfect. Guys removed, replaced and prepared efficiently.

When I signed up, thought I would get what I asked for. The next day a different guy showed up, I asked him if he was going to do the other job that I asked for, he said, yes. Tore the old off, almost got finished and said, he had just a little to finish and would come back. Didn't come back to finish. I have to find someone to finish the job. Why would they tear off the old and not finish. I am still planning on calling my lawyer.

Nine windows replaced. Windows leaked (see pictures). They bounced me around until the warranty expired with no further contact. They tried to blame the incompetent installers. They told me they leaked because of the rain and possibly lawn care. Now it's unbelievable, I'm getting sales calls for roofing. I tried to reach admin or corporate. I was put on a long hold then disconnected.

"Quan" came through my neighborhood this evening trying to get people to buy some form of the services DaBella offers. They came to my door, which is clearly marked NO SOLICITING in multiple locations. Clearly visible from the street. That was ignored entirely, not only at my house, but my neighbors whose sign is clearly visible and the neighbor past that. When he had rung our doorbell and we declined to hear out his canned lines, I requested to see his work badge or company ID, all he had on was the sweatshirt with company logo and a clipboard. He laughed in my face and turned around and walked away. I reminded him as he was leaving that it is illegal to solicit a home in the city of Hillsboro with a no soliciting sign clearly posted. That I wanted to contact the company he worked for.

Jack C. came out and helped me get a new roof! The roof DaBella got me looks amazing and fixed my leaking roof. I would 100% recommend DaBella for roofing!

Ashten with DaBella looked at our siding and was a very knowledgeable, understanding and genuine. If you're looking any home improvement projects, call the Missoula, MT office and ask for Ashten. Good guy!

I contacted Dabella about a quote for replacing my roof. Evan was out the next day and did an appraisal. He provided multiple options and worked with us to get the best value available. Very pleasant to deal with.

⚠️ HOMEOWNERS — PLEASE BE CAREFUL BEFORE INVITING DABELLA SALES REPRESENTATIVES INTO YOUR HOME. I’m sharing my personal experience so other homeowners can make an informed decision. I recently had two DaBella sales representatives come to my home for a roofing estimate. My experience involved very aggressive and high-pressure sales tactics. I repeatedly explained that I needed time to think, but I continued to feel pressured to make a decision.

Jon and Jerrett were easy to talk to, and we were able to find a deal everyone was happy with. I would recommend these two to anyone looking for exterior work.

Abi helped find us the perfect shower system for us. Needing something that wasn't so hard to step over and she was able to make it affordable for us. It's non-slip, low to the ground, and we were able to get a door, seat, and grab bars for a really great price. I'm very excited about how easy it will be to clean.

I bought a black roof from two DaBella guys named AJ and Jim. They helped me understand the financing real well and we just did cash instead and got a discount by doing cash. I will update this after they finish putting it on.
