    WOW — Absolutely Impressed! I purchased the Fisher & Paykel Dual Fuel Range from BASCO Appliances, and while the original unit unfortunately arrived damaged, the way the situation was handled truly exceeded my expectations. After contacting the Fisher & Paykel Customer Service team and following the standard process, they promptly replaced the range to my complete satisfaction. The damaged unit was professionally removed from my home, and the replacement was delivered and installed seamlessly — all at no additional cost. That is what I call exceptional customer service and true customer commitment from a luxury brand.

    A huge thank you to Tyler and Evan at BASCO Appliances for their professionalism and support throughout the process. I would also like to especially recognize the outstanding Fisher & Paykel representatives I spoke with — particularly Isaac and Craig. They listened carefully to my concerns, showed genuine empathy, and took swift action to ensure the issue was resolved properly. Their dedication and professionalism made all the difference.

    As for the range itself — it is absolutely luxurious, beautifully designed, and offers the perfect combination of induction and gas cooking. After conducting extensive research across many premium brands, I can confidently say this is one of the finest dual fuel ranges available on the market today.       I have three Fisher Paykel appliances; a drawer dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator freezer and a "duel energy" (both gas and electric) professional series range. I absolutely love the appearance and the performance of each of them - when they are working! I've had them for just over three years and the range has required service twice and the dishwasher once. Now the range is down again and upon contact Fisher Paykel for an appointment, they informed me that they "do not have a authorized service contractor" in my area. Great product just lousy service! If I were a commercial business that depended on these products I would NOT recommend them for the lack of serviceability only.

      Purchased a F & P Quad fridge. Absolutely love how it looks and functions. When it came time to replace the first water filter I used the "Smart HQ" app that connects via WiFi to manage the controls on the fridge. There is an option to subscribe to Water filters automatically being shipped every 6 months and the upside of doing this is a 10% savings. I signed up for this feature and entered my credit card information. The application stated payment was received and I should look for an email confirmation. I never received an email confirmation and went back into the "Smart HQ" application and it stated my request was in draft mode and it was asking for my payment information a second time. Like a total fool, I entered my credit card information a second time without checking with my bank.

      The payment said it was completed again but the subscription was still in "draft" mode. I checked my bank account and I was charged $97.15 twice by Fisher & Paykel. I called F & P customer service/parts department in New Zealand and proceeded to spend about six hours over the next two weeks explaining my situation and they opened case# **. I was always told someone is looking into my situation. I emailed F & P a letter from my bank stating F & P was paid twice from my bank account. I was emailed by Louis T that he could tell I attempted to purchase something but without my providing an order number he is unable to help me. I have sent requests to speak to a supervisor or manager and have not heard back from them. I called several times and asked to speak to Louis T and was told whatever he says is final and they refused to transfer me to anyone in management.

      We purchased the Dual Fuel 48" range with Griddle in 2022 and it has broken down and been unusable on 3 separate occasions for weeks at a time. We replaced the board 2 years ago to the tune of $1000 and it already needs to be replaced again. After contacting Fisher Paykel multiple times, they do nothing to stand by their product, and will not even send us a new board even though we have had this same problem multiple times. I will have to again spend $1200 to replace the board in order to have a usable oven. I do not expect to have these kinds of problems after spending over 10k on an appliance.

      Customer service told me that even though I had this same problem on 3 separate occasions, since the last board is over 2 years old--it is out of warranty. So, rather than fix whatever issue, they are having with their boards, I can expect to pay $1k every couple of years to replace the board? They clearly do not care about their customers and I will never purchase another product from them.

      We purchased a Fisher & Paykel double drawer dishwasher in November 2021. While the product initially performed well, we have experienced ongoing and unresolved issues with the A3 error code, which prevents the unit from draining. Currently, this same issue has been serviced and “repaired” three times under one warranty claim using the same diagnosis and parts. Each time, the problem has returned shortly after use. We are now entering a fourth service visit after nearly two months of repeated failures.

      We were advised by the warranty department that if the same issue occurred three times under the same claim, the unit would be replaced. Despite this, Fisher & Paykel is now refusing to follow their own stated policy. Instead, additional repair attempts have been made, including removing the dishwasher from our home for extended periods, leaving a large gap in our kitchen with no resolution. The issue remains unresolved. We have also repeatedly requested contact from a Regional Service Manager and have received no response whatsoever. At this point, we are extremely disappointed in both the reliability of the product and the lack of accountability in the warranty process.

      I purchased the Fisher & Paykel Double Drawer Dishwasher (DD24DI9N) expecting premium performance based on the price and reputation. Unfortunately, this has been one of the most disappointing appliance purchases I’ve ever made. The cleaning performance is simply poor. I’ve tried high-end detergents, different wash cycles, carefully arranging dishes, and thoroughly removing excess soil before loading. It does not matter, dishes still come out with residue and often need to be rewashed. A dishwasher should save time, not double your workload. For the price of this unit, that’s unacceptable.

      I have never had this experience with any dishwasher before — including much cheaper models. My previous dishwasher (at a fraction of the cost) cleaned better and required far less maintenance. The filter situation is also frustrating. It gets dirty very quickly and requires constant cleaning. Unlike other dishwashers that seem to self-maintain better, this one allows residue to sit on top of the aluminum plate inside. It’s honestly unpleasant to deal with. For a premium appliance, I did not expect to be constantly cleaning out buildup.

      The control panel is not intuitive. The buttons don’t make much sense without reading the manual, which should not be necessary for a modern dishwasher. Basic functionality shouldn’t require studying instructions. Build quality inside the unit feels cheap. The spray arm is very plasticky and doesn’t feel securely locked into place — it just kind of sits there loosely. Again, not what you expect at this price point.

      I purchased this during a renovation and unfortunately missed the return window at Best Buy, which I regret. If I could return it, I absolutely would. If you’re considering a double drawer dishwasher, I strongly recommend researching other brands that offer similar features. This one has been inefficient, high-maintenance, and disappointing overall. Save yourself the headache.

      Purchased a stovetop on November 10, 2025. Only one of the 5 burners works as intended. We were constantly told that the heat could not be adjusted on 4 of the burners, in other words, the heat could not be lowered or turned up. After many calls to the company, they finally sent out a repair person that told us the same thing. I wrote to the company and finally, they sent out someone who inspected the stovetop and knew right away that it was not working as intended because it had been installed with the incorrect equipment. It has been over 3 months, and we are still waiting on a repair person to return. Definitely offended that the company had so little respect for our complaint and was stupid enough to accept their explanation that the stovetop worked as designed, with burner that could not be adjusted!

      I designed my new kitchen around a single drawer Fisher Paykel dishwasher. A big mistake! The dishwasher does not clean even though I pretty much clean them before loading. I thought I was purchasing a top of the line product. I remodeled my 75 year old kitchen mainly because I didn’t have a dishwasher. I still don’t have one. Very frustrating! Do not buy their products.

      I bought a Fisher Paykel refrigerator after learning of the 10% rebate offer. I went to their site, then to the page that had info about the rebates; I looked at the two on offer, one was for 20% if you bought multiple products, the other was for 10% if you bought an individual product. That was the one I was interested in. On the right was a link that led you to which products were eligible. I clicked on the link - it said that all products were eligible other than filters and parts. I bought the refrigerator, and filled out the form for the rebate. They took a lot of time to get back to me - when they did, they showed me a passage (that the link conveniently passed by) that said my item wasn't part of the promotion. This was deliberately misleading. This company is dishonest, and I want my rebate. I'm leaving reviews about this experience everywhere I can.
