Hague Quality Water

---

John of Fletcher, MO April 28, 2008

I was given an at home demonstration and when asked if i could just have a deeper well drilled to reach good water i was informed that the gentleman was on the water commission in Ill. And Mo. and knows the water tables very well and i would be wasting my money by drilling a well because of the iron in the area. The only solution was this system.

My problem is the continuos problems i have had with the system failing. I currently am trying to locate an office,(they moved away) to get this system back to operational. Wished i would have drilled the well as my next door neighbor did and they now have great water with no 3000.00 treatment system.

Nathan of Sun City, CA February 29, 2008

The hague salesman came to our door to sell their water system. My wife thought it would be great for her mary kay buisness. The salesman promised it would save us money in tons of areas, use less soap, spot free wash on the cars, you will not get dandruff. All of these promises and after using the system we found out they were all un true. Now i am being sued by hague for falling behind and not being able to make the payments on this way too overpriced system. All i can say is dont buy this system! It is a joke and they just want to charge 5,000.00 for something that is not worth more than 500.00 in material and labor.

Paul of Jefferson City, MO January 16, 2008

They promised better water for my wifes sorices, (sp). Less water usage during recycling. Now they have just left me in the dark. The water makes me itch all over. They also installed a Ro system improperly. When I drain my sink, the water backs up into the Ro faucet.

Jim of Aurora, MO May 13, 2007

We purchased a Hague Water System. We, too ended up being financed through a finance company which charged high interest rates. The young man who sold it to us quit working for them a month after we bought it. Within a year, the Republic, MO location closed down. Someone from Integrity Water Systems in Branson West contacted us and serviced our system a couple of times. We have been trying to contact him for several months to get our system serviced and the phone numbers are no longer any good, so he must have gone out of business as well.

Mary of Mira Loma, CA January 15, 2007

We bought Hague Water system because my daughter has bad skin, and also they told us that we would never have water spots on our dishes, showers, toilets etc. Nothing they said was true. We called Hague out 5 different times only to be told that we had a "high" expectation, and we might have been told something different. We also started seeing tiny holes in our clothing, that started when we used the new water and soap. They blamed my new washer and dryer, which worked perfectly for the 6 months we had it prior to the water system. They now are out of touch and I can;t seem to find them now. I want to get my 3,000 back, but I cannot find anyone who will even think about doing it. So I am stuck hoping that someone else reads this and we can flood the internet with their sleezy practices. Thanks

Jeanette of Tampa, FL November 18, 2004

the person came out and tested my water and showed me test samples of water he tested from my water. he told me that my water was contaminated with certain chemicals that were not good for drinking or bathing in. he talked to someone at hague and got me a system for less than he offered. after putting the system in, it may have worked for about a 2 months. this has been since 2001 till now. the system started spraying water all over my house and yard about two months after it was installed. the people came out and serviced it and set it again.

afterwards the company was suppose to have been sold to someone else. that person came out and serviced it since they knew that it had already been paid for. after then someone else called and told me that they were looking into the problem with the selling of the systems and never called back until about 6 months later and at that time they attempted to sell me another system, telling me that the system i had, had to be a used one that the previous seller had sold me. i am just too through with this ripoff water company ever again. then they had a never to give me a credit card so i can buy salt and i guest to service the system once they stopped doing it for free.

Michelle of Temecula, CA January 4, 2002

My husband and I purchased a water unit from this company for 5,995 at 120/month,until paid in full. After our second payment,I noticed we were being charged a 17.9% interest rate, not disclosed at the time of purchase. The unit also does not perform as the salesman stated it would.
