Purchased new 3 start split ac 2026 model cooling is very low. Complaint raised many times no resolution so far. Haier support team only trying to convince to me not looking for resolution. I don't recommend to purchase Haier company product. Very bad service. Very bad staff. Facing bad experiencing. Complaint #: **.

Total worst service ever. Even normal wedding waiter waiter gives a better service than Haier. I recommend everyone one pls. don't buy such costly product of this company which have a full-time service issue after Full paid with extra warranty. They just play a foolish game with us. Sell and nothing care.

I purchased a Haier oven with a ceramic cooktop. It’s approximately 4-5 years old. Some of the oven functions do not work anymore. But the worst thing about the oven is that the enamel is peeling off the outside of the oven and the oven base is full of rust and also peeling. I have never had an oven do this and I’m horrified that this is deteriorating so quickly after only approximately 5 years. It hasn’t had a lot of use, as I live on my own, so it’s not been used as much as a large family may. The rust is disgusting, and I feel very ripped off by Haier and their poor-quality appliance.

Purchased my washer dryer back in February 2024 and without a shadow of a doubt it has been the worst appliance I have ever owned. The washer dryer has been consistently faulty with leaks from the detergent tray, drum seal and electrical faults with the dial and buttons. I am currently awaiting my 5th engineer visit and Haier are refusing to do anything but send engineers, despite the persistent faults and inadequate repairs. On my first engineer visit the worker attempted to fix inside the detergent tray with glue and black electrical tape. I kid you not! I have photos. Consequent visits have had slightly more competent engineers but the machine still remains overall faulty.
Having a family with small kids means a functional washer dryer is essential, but with an Haier product I’m constantly left mopping up leaks or pulling my hair out trying to select options on a faulty electrical board. I truly hate my product with a passion and the customer service team don’t really care, nor wish to truly understand or escalate my complaint. Just a constant cycle of waiting in for the next shoddy engineer visit. Please don’t waste your time or money!

Our Haier 508L American Fridge Freezer (HB18FGSAAA, purchased July 2022) suffered a serious safety failure. Yesterday morning the glass front of the fridge door suddenly exploded only minutes after opening the blinds. There was no impact, heat source, or damage — just a loud crack and the glass shattered across the door. Luckily no one was standing in front of it at the time.
I contacted Haier with photos and details, asking if they were aware of similar issues, whether an engineer could inspect it, and whether a replacement door or goodwill support could be offered. Haier responded with a generic message saying the fridge is out of its 24-month warranty and directed me to their out-of-warranty repair line. No acknowledgement of the safety risk and no attempt to investigate. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, appliances should last up to six years, and this kind of spontaneous glass failure is not normal wear and tear. Extremely disappointed in both the quality of the appliance and Haier’s lack of responsibility when faced with a clear safety concern.

Absolutely shitty product. Very funny how the fridge and freezer just stop working just days after the warranty is up. Shitty product. Never buying a Haier appliance ever again. Customer service sucks. Repairs are way too costly and then they don't even fix it when they come out. They always say they have to order a part and then the part takes months to come in. Beware of this product don't buy it. Yes it's affordable but it's cheaper in the long run to get a different brand altogether because it won't break down on you as much and won't have all the hassles. Do not buy this fridge at all. They suck.

I am extremely disappointed with Haier’s after-sales service. My washing machine broke down, and despite it being under AMC warranty, the service has been delayed for over a month with no proper resolution. Instead of fixing the issue, Haier conveniently claimed that the part is "not available" and offered to replace the machine—but only if I pay 80% of the market price! What’s worse, the same product is available at a much lower rate on Flipkart and Amazon. It’s clear that Haier is more focused on pushing new sales rather than standing by their warranty commitments or resolving customer complaints on time. Very poor service experience. I would not recommend Haier based on this.

I own a GE Profile dryer... Actually, the one I have is the 3rd since November. It is absolutely a piece of junk! It's squealing on every load (I have a video if anyone is interested). Steer clear of anything GE, since Haier took over, everything is junk!

I ordered a GE refrigerator online when my refrigerator died from this company with delivery scheduled on 11/20/24. I was told that it was in stock when I ordered it. On 11/19/24, an email was sent to me that it was out of stock. I called and they said that it is true and I would not got it until January. I said that I was having family come for Thanksgiving and Christmas and what was I to do? They said that they could do nothing. Most companies when someone orders something in stock, it is tagged for delivery to them. This company provides the worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my life. They lack honestly and integrity. Do not buy from them.

They are honest to say if they repair it's a guess. We always move all of refrigerator items to our items to my 30 year old Frigidaire in our garage. The refrigerator starts working again for a while and then stops again. We move our stuff back and forth. It matches our set we bought and fits our small galley kitchen but I'm sure we will get a replacement. Haier is not any help for solutions. Deplorable!!!!

The worst company to deal with when it comes to replacing their products with their warranty. I was communicated I would receive gift cash in the mail to use to replace them. This would be my 4th dehumidifier from them within 3 years and now am informed I must go spend my money and go out of my way. I will never purchase another product from the company again and they sure live up to the expectations. They even took down my address incorrectly multiple times. This is not a matter of opinion and this is all factual. I have a case number if the company is reluctant to rectify the situation.

BUYER BEWARE. Priced affordably but only two years and it’s not working well. What a waste of money and energy to have to buy a new unit so soon. Haier is a Chinese company. Perhaps our thinking a German sounding name meant a quality product. I will not be purchasing again given the situation.

I purchased a GE/Haier washer Aug. 11, 2022. I am 1 person using the washer, I do maybe a load a week. July 15, 2023 machine wouldn’t spin clothes. GE appliance repair came out 7/18, repairman said not to use ‘Precise Fill’, Motor might have overheated from not enough water in tub, using ‘Precise Fill’ makes machine work too hard to move clothes around in tub. He got it going and I then finished that load. I didn’t do another load till 7/26/23, same problem, machine doesn’t agitate or spin. I had it set for ‘Max’ water in tub, not ‘Precise Fill’. Repairman came 7/28/23. He replaced 2 or 3 parts, not working. Ordered other parts, they came, he came back 8/2/23. Changed a couple more parts, including a new motor, got it working.
6/18/24 same problem again, water in tub, not spinning. I have only used ‘Max’ water level with ‘Deep Fill’ option as well. Repairman came Friday 6/21/24 3:40pm, changed out the ‘Circuit Board’ and the ‘Mode Shifter’ again, still not working. I am ‘Out Of Warranty’ now. He can’t get the machine to work. I am out of luck, the company won’t do anything for me, I have to buy a new washer he says!! I’m going to call the company’s ‘Consumer Relations’ on Monday. Will update this if they do anything about their shoddy appliance! Imagine if I was a family and had more laundry to do, this machine wouldn’t have lasted a year! I should be getting a replacement machine!!

Raised a service request for repair my 1.6 Ton split AC on 30 April. Till now no one called up for the issue. Called up multiple times to service support /WhatsApp / emails. No response at all... How to escalate?? How to reach Haier management to report... No idea. Planning to go for third party for servicing. I will not recommend for this brand itself.

Recently purchased Haier 1 ton ac from croma, they didn't even tell the prior requirements for installation, even didn't guided well, they guaranteed installation the next day of delivery, but the installation team neither visited nor picked the call. It has been 5 to 6 days still they have not installed the ac and after-sales service sucks. It completely makes no sense purchasing an Haier ac.

I have purchased two 1.5 tonn AC for my home use. For past four days I am waiting for service engineer call for installation. They have promised to install the AC in very next day itself. So I have waited for three days. Now the Dealer & Company Salespersons are not picking up the phone call. So there is no service after sales.

The worst you can go for Haier. They don’t even provide good services. I’m not satisfied with it. I literally called 10-15 times a day to the customer care and retailer no one is answering the call. And if they attend they are fooling us by saying “we will definitely fix it by today only”. It’s around 5 days and still no response, if I call them more than 2-3 times within a minute they just switched off their phones. My Ac isn’t working after the jet cleaning services. And they don’t have even a minute to look after this. I will suggest you all please don’t go for this company. Very poor service & products quality too.

On November 10th, 2023 during normal microwave (mode: GVM6175SK5SS, Serial#: SS259098L) operation - heating chicken nuggets on glass microwave turntable covered by plastic original microwave cover, huge fire suddenly started. My wife was able to put out a fire and GE customer relations department was contacted. 6 days passed after this disaster and GE/Haier Appliances Technician (Christopher (807)) visited our home. After evaluating microwave, he informed us that fire caused by "FAULTY MANUFACTURING" and after 2-3 business days we will be contacted to schedule appointment for replacement of microwave. After waiting for 4 days no one contacted us, so I called Customer relations again. To my surprise, they informed me absolutely different reason for a fire: "Un-microwavable chicken"(??? Never heard of such!)
I contacted GE CEO office of Mr. Kevin Nolan and in a few days received call from Chairman's office. Ms. ** provided me 3rd version of fire cause: "Un-safe microwave dish" (even there weren't any dish, except glass microwave turntable was used during normal operation and technician saw it). We are very disappointed how this case of FIRE HAZARD handled by GE/Haier Appliances! They offered me an option to replace microwave for "discounted" price of $296.63. Cost of this Microwave model JVM6175SKSS in any store now $247, so GE offer hardly qualifies as discount. I always thought that GE/Haier Appliances is a great company that cares about reputation and not just doing simply cover up of dangerous fire hazard its products. GE/Haier Appliances case #** is open. Still hope that GE/Haier Appliances Management will have an attention to this disaster and handle it properly!
