Robert of Tacoma WA (2/18/04):
I bought a propane tank from Home Depot on March 11, 2001 to hook up to my heater. The tank had other chemicals in it, not propane and I have been sick ever since. Home Depot or Blue Rhino will NOT take responsiblity and help me with my medical bills or even care about my health.

I have documents proving these facts from doctors and I had the tank tested at Bennetts Laboratory. I have lost my buissness and my health (my lungs work at 66% and my heart at 45%).

Home Depot and Blue Rhino need to be held responsible for this. Neither company will take responsiblity for their product. Both companies know what has happened to me.

I have been hospitalized 7 times, had a heart attack, lung problems, heart problems, unbearable migraines and vomited for a year due to their poisioning product. I can't work or provide for my family. I have two children and a wife who have to watch me suffer everyday. I have contacted Home Depot and Blue Rhino more times than I can count and I never get a call back. Both companies know of the problems and just keep blaming each other. I need help and my life back.

Robert must find the very best personal injury lawyer in Washington and retain him or her ... immediately.
