B. of Mission, BC July 14, 2009 I was dealing with an individual regarding product sales; this person was originally from Abbotsford branch. Now transferred to another store; Coquitlam branch in British Columbia. I phoned the store in Coquitlam on July, 14th, 2009. and received a very unpleasant individual; who did not give his name and could not speak English well enough to understand me. I tried five times to give the persons name; Dan G., and each time he became more annoyed with me. I tried to speak slowly, this annoyed him, I tried to speak louder; I was told I was raising my voice. When he finally said I need to learn who I am wishing to speak to and call back, I shouted… Dan. Not Don, Jan, or Sam, or Cam; you twit. He told me to go to hell and hung up. I would just like to point out how rude I find HOME DEPOT, and the lack of care this store showed me. Ellis of Olathe, KS April 26, 2009 On 24 Apr 2009 I visited the Overland Park, KS Home Depot at 95th and Metcalf and had a seriously bad experience. I am disabled and found no operating electric carts. I had to use a wheelchair. Typicslly of Home Depot the store was ma mess with isels blocked with displays and carts. I don't see how they can pass a safety inspection. The power tool section for Home Depot are literally inacessable for electric carts. I am a disabled/retired veteran and was not given a 10% discount as I had just received from the Home Depot 135th and Antioch in Overland Park, KS. I was told by the assistant store manager that it was not Home Depot's policy to do so. He argued with me and made me extremely upset. I told him I have PTSD. He blew me off and treated me poorly. I only went to either Home Depot as there was not a Lowes nearby. I will never go to Home Depot again. Pauline of Kingston, Jamaica April 25, 2009 items cashed were not supplied. Your sales rep was very helpful in assisting mme to locate operators for awnings. I needed 5 right operators and 4 of another. only 8 were available. I paid for 8 and upon oopening the package at home only 6 wwere seen. Additionally, I purchased 2 packets of seeds and was billed for 4 packets. this purchase was made at 11:15 a.m. on Friday April 24, 2009 I spent 137 dollars usiing an AMEX card valued at 100 and the balance in cash
