    If I could give it a zero I would of. I spent $199.99 on an Auberville LED fan. After installation it wobbled and noisy. Inspected to find fan blade arm is bent. Light is very dim. Spoke to customer service. They are sending new fan blades. I asked for a replacement fan in a different model as this model seems very cheap and the light is very dim. They will not replace my fan even though I am not happy with it. I will never buy from Hunter fans again.

    Overall it was really hard to put together, the directions were very unclear, and the design was straight up bad. The only good part was the final outcome, it was very sturdy and it doesn’t wobble.

      We recently moved into our new home and chose seven Hunter Lakeway SureSpeed 60-inch Matte Black fans for our front and back porches. These are marketed as outdoor-rated fans, so we expected them to hold up to normal outdoor conditions. Within a few short months, four blades have broken off, most likely from wind exposure. That alone was disappointing for a product built and rated for outdoor use.

      What made it worse was the response from customer service. After contacting Hunter Fan Company, we were told the replacement blades are on backorder with no estimated arrival date, and because of that, they could not help us. These fans carry a lifetime warranty, yet the team's solution was to redirect us to Lowe's, where we originally purchased them, to try to source replacements ourselves.

      A lifetime warranty should mean the manufacturer stands behind the product. When the company that made the fan cannot supply parts to honor its own warranty, that warranty loses its meaning. We have used Hunter products in every home we have ever owned, including this most recent one. To run into this kind of experience after years of brand loyalty is disappointing to say the least. I would caution other homeowners to think twice before investing in multiple units like we did.

      I’ve been ordering from Hunter Fans for years. I placed a nice order for a bunch of fans, vanity lights and chandelier. They shipped the wrong vanity lights. What a nightmare trying to get the correct ones. I’ve been trying to get the correct ones for 4 weeks. I finally got someone to fix it today. I’m still not sure if the orders been fixed. I can tell you this is the last time I will be humiliated by their customer service team. I will never purchase another Hunter product.

      The issue came during the return process, it has taken 2 to 3 times longer than was originally stated. Customer service is able to validate information, but unable to assist with issues. Additionally, they are unable/unwilling to transfer to personnel that can assist.

      I installed 3 ceiling fans with remotes. Remotes stopped working for all 3 in less than 5 years. They sell the fans in Canada, but would not ship replacement parts to Canada.

      I am in disbelief at how poor the customer service is! They cannot bring themselves to be bothered by you and treat you kindly. Oh so nasty. I love Hunter Fans and will probably still buy them, but I am disgusted at the phone help and their rudeness. They don't care, and it won't ever be addressed sadly.

      Called to find out about purchasing some extra down rods and the customer service rep was smug and unhelpful. Terrible experience. We have purchased many products from this company and are incredibly disappointed with them after the poor treatment we received today.

      I have purchased and installed many Hunter ceiling fans over the years and have generally found them to be of good quality and reliable. Sadly I have had a nightmare experience with a new Hunter ceiling fan model 51077 I ordered a few weeks ago that, despite my great degree of care and diligence installing, makes an annoying crackling rubbing sound as it rotates..

      I contacted Hunter customer service and they sent me a replacement, which is also sadly defective and makes an even more annoying sound even when I spin the fan by hand with it turned off. I am still in need of a new reliable ceiling fan for my guest room and now have two defective Hunter ceiling fans and a solid 12-15 hours in headaches and wasted trouble shooting hours invested. I surrender.

      Hunter fans are generally regarded for being quiet, reliable, and durable, strong performance and good designs but when it came to customer service it was the complete opposite. Purchased a Newsome with 3 Lights 52 inch. Hung wired install the blades. Nice attachment by the way. Design engineers were on game. Turn on the lights. Nice and bright. Turned on the fan and nothing. Switch was inoperative. No response.

      Menards the big box store has no replacement, should have returned it, could have drove 30-mile round trip to purchase the exact one, instead called Hunter’s customer service and got read the riot act by a woman who must have been highlighting qualities of a Karen and left a lasting impact of why I would fired her listening to her preach on how the switch could not have been broken out of the box, that’s it’s my fault it's broke until I was done listening to this person. I asked for the supervisor. Had a new switch FedEx overnight. Manager was apologetic, and ask if there was anything else. Yes, fire that customer service employee or make it a janitor cleaning bathrooms. Never bought another hunter fan again. As an installer I never wanted that situation to happen again.
