We called them to look at our pool filter. He did not open it and just shocked it. They said we had to run our filter longer, so we did. 3 weeks later, pool green and pool guy said filters were broken and should have been inspected right at the first visit. Very rude customer relation worker by the name of Denise. She told us it was a "mystery that the clock were rolled back and the pool stayed green all this time."
Somebody like that should not be working with customers. Pool guys were friendly and flexible. Receptionist great. Not Denise. we have to replace filter, shock qur pool back to blue and hire a new pool service. They won't refund our 59 dollars and fees of the shock, but we don't care for that, we care to be treated with respect and no sarcasrm.
