Since then I have made numerous calls month after month and never received a response from mr. Dewitt regarding the snail problem. I finally caught one of his employees when treating the grass, and explained the situation. He assured me that they would take care of the snails. Nothing was done, I again made calls to the company and never received a call back. I threatened to stop service if I did not get a phone call. In Oct.'03 I was upset to find that his employee came by for the monthly treatment and was there less then 2 minutes and I found that no product was put on the grass. Only their little sign to show me that someone had dropped by. I again called. When I got no response I sent a letter demanding that service stop and the balance of my money be returned. I have yet to receive a response. Report Your Experience
