The company says it has instituted new policies to prevent unsavory practices by its distributors and has submitted a statement explaining its policies and practices (full text of the company's statement). It's up to consumers to make the right decision. The company says it has improved its practices, but some consumers are still unhappy. Here are a few of the more recent complaints (and compliments) we've received: Patricia of Reseda, CA September 24, 2008 Patricia of Reseda CA (09/24/08) Lydia of Los Angeles, CA September 17, 2008 Lydia of Los Angeles CA (09/17/08) Rigoberto of Los Angeles, CA September 13, 2008 Rigoberto of Los Angeles CA (09/13/08) Kim of Austin, TX September 10, 2008 Kim of Austin TX (09/10/08) I can not stand the guy who sold me this crap. I am currently paying for the pots and pans, I am currently NOT using them. He threatened my husbands job and mine. These people are HORRIBLE people. This is NOT a good buy. My advice to anyone is DON'T DO IT!!! Marggie of Sun Valley, CA September 9, 2008 Marggie of Sun Valley CA (09/09/08) I then decided to call them to return it and they stated that they did not accept returns but would replace the pan for me, I then had a conversation that lasted about 20 min in regards to their policies and unethical practices that I was not informed of when I purchased the pan. This gets worse, two weeks later I recieved the bill statement and realized that the pan was financed at the highest percentage ever (20 something) and after paying it off it would cost me double of what I purchased it at.
