Screen Rite
Altamonte Springs, FL

Michael of Orlando writes:
I hired Marc J. (owner of Screen Rite) to put a screen enclosure on my existing home. I paid him $1,464 for the materials to begin the work. The job was to take place on Jan. 8th 1999.

He never showed up. I contacted him and we rescheduled a week later. He never showed up again. I have since tried to contact him and he is not responding to my calls or letter.

Please help me retrieve my money back. I paid him with 2 checks and I have received the cancelled checks back in the mail as proof he cashed them.

I also checked on his Seminole County Occupational License and it has expired 9/9/99.
