Jennifer of Durham NC (04/29/08) D. of Drexel Hill, PA February 22, 2008 D. of Drexel Hill PA (02/22/08) Melissa of Conshohocken, PA September 27, 2006 Melissa of Conshohocken PA (09/27/06) We just had the system removed from the original location because we moved our home. We were told that although we didn't want a new system in our new home, that we were still locked in for another 13 months of monitoring. I told them that we fulfilled our original 3 year agreeement on that contract and that we owe them nothing else. They then said that Tri-state had locked us into auto-renewal for another 3 years and that we are obligated to pay for the next 13 months. This is deceptive and I would like to know what my rights are. we have had other alarm companies in the past and the standard practice is to continue month-to-month monitoring after the initial 3 years.
