Scott of Flemington NJ (6/2/02):
When I returned home that day I found a tampon in my bathroom garbage. Since I am a single male, I see no reason to be subjected to this. I find it questionable as to whether workers should even be using my bathroom, let alone changing "sanitary napkins". I immediately called and left a message asking for my money back as a result of this unprofessionalism, in addition to several other unsatisfactory items such as: leaving a light on in the bedroom, leaving a dirty sink mat on the freshly cleaned counter, and several other duties not performed up to the standards listed on their web site. After receiving no response I called again on Friday, January 26th and was told Gary was planning on calling me and would get back to me in about a half an hour. Yet again no response. I called for a final time on 1/31 and Gary answered. He told me he would get back to me in 5 minutes. A half an hour later I finally got a hold of him and he said they do not do refunds. I wrote to the maids via their webs site looking for some corporate customer support. Even though I stated that I would be filing a claim on record with the BBB if there was no satisfactory resolution, I received no response. I paid for a service and it has been proven that the service cannot be delivered properly. Thus I want the money paid for that service returned. Report Your Experience
