Keith of Levittown NY (5/25/03):
In spring of 2003 they came to inspect again, 3 times they came and never once looked at the liner. The first time there was too much water in the pool. The 2nd time they said still too much water and now leaves in the pool. The 3rd time they came was ~ 3 minutes and they agreed that it must be a defect in the liner seam. The owner has not returned multiple calls to his office to speak with him and when we contacted the liner retailor they informed us the owner of Tri County Pools called them and said its not a seam defect and they find no problem with the liner. Because of that report the liner manufacturer will not warranty the liner. I now have a liner that will not hold water since the first year it was installed, they wont replace it because Tri county pools says there is no problem however, how can Tri county make this report without ever getting in the pool and inspecting the liner?! I have made multiple calls to Tri county and their answer to me was there is nothing they can do for me. They havent done the job yet! I continue to call the company every week to speak with the owner "Buddy" and he never returns my calls and the woman that answer the phone are very rude and obnoxious. All I want is for them to fix my pool liner or replace it. Keith should sue the company in Small Claims Court. Report Your Experience
