I bought a Whirlpool Calypso Washer I have had it for 5 yrs now and had a service call at least every six months, now i have the same the problem, panel displays FL or LD depending on who knows. I have tried to find parts myself to fix and whirlpool has none available. Very Terrible product

have damaged clothes and had water and mold problem due to tub not draining. Waste of money, costly due to the fact we have had to use a laundermat

The dishwasher takes 3 hours to complete the cycle. Whirlpool sent their four appliance repair shops to fix the problem. Not only did it still take 3 hours, they each told me before I start it, I should run the water until it gets hot. Which isn't exactly energy effecient. Three outside appliance repair shops never heard of such a thing.

I purchased a whirlpool electric range (WGP8380) about 4.5 years ago. The left front burner (largest burner) stopped working two days ago. It may cost about 300.00 to replace it.

We bought the Whirlpool Duet Washer and dryer based on the excellent Consumer Reports recomendation. In 2 1/2 years we have replaced the door latch mechanism 4 times and the latch once due to the violent spin cycle. by the 4th time it seems thst they beefed up the mechanism so now the plastic latch on the door is the weak point and that broke. I replace it and one day later the mechanism is broken for the 5th time.

We had it fixed twice while it was under warranty. We've spent hundreds on parts and service. I've resorted to replacing the parts myself but I think it's time to give up. Unfortunately we have the stackable dryer which likely would not match up to a new washer, so it's a double loss.

Whirlpool washer & dryer both broke under a year & a half after purchase, waited 3 days for washer to be fixed and 12 days for dryer, both under warranty but was put out which I didn't expect since both were brand new!
