ordered home last year, was promised november move in. manufacturer change kitchen design and general quality of kitchen and bathroom cabinets. delmarva has been trying to resolve this since house was put on our property. they have been unsuccesful in their attempts. manufacturer has since moved factory location and ours was 1 of 2 built in old location. cabinets in kitchen and baths are unfinished and the Le Grande style kitchen in the model were replaced by manufacturer without notify delmarva or us.

Will not move into without the cabinets I ordered and all stress cracks are fixed to my satisfaction. Delmarva has fired and rehired someone to do all the wall and floor repairs. No one at Delmarva seems to check on progress unless we are aggressive at our end.
