Builder has refused to honor contact to complete portions of the house. Includes installation of gutters, cage, pavers for the outside area. These items are clearly written in the agreement. In addition the builder has not corrected defects listed since May 2006. I have substantial documentation on the matter and have asked repeatedly for a written reply which I have yet to receive. Ironically, communication has become even worse now that they have 99% of the money

I have been unable to rent the property. This was stated to me by the real-estate management firm I contracted with to handle the property. Time taken to chase down the builder effects my work.
