i bought this house in the year 2005 of march and we been having problems with it such as floor not being leveld, trim work coming off. carpet has bows and knots in it, doors dont shut right, cracks in top of ceiling, closet posed to be in bedroom instead its in the bathroom, trim work is glued not nailed and keeps coming apart. toilets dont work right, sink faucet leaks. curtains were ripped when moved in and they never replaced them as they said they would.

took two weeks to have house set up when we bought it, we are financing it thru atlantic coast bank for 25 years. we paid almost four years now on it and if the house keeps coming apart we are going to let it go back we cant afford to fix it.
