This is a company that promises you a home either by renting to own or taking over payments from the previous owner that's in foreclosure. I was promised to be in a home in three weeks however I'm still not in a home yet...they are telling me that they can not predict the time that the home owner will get back to them but they still advertise it on Craigslist to get in homes within a month.

I was told on the initial phone conversation that if I was not satisfied within 30 days I could have my money back. When I called a week later to get my money back they told me that the terms and agreements said that I could only get my money back in the first 48 hours. They told me that they record all phone conversations, so they have it on record that I was told that I could have my money back with in 30 days if I chose to cancel. I feel that since the sales representative entered into a verbal agreement with me, I should be given my 200 dollars back.

I am out 200 dollars and I am not using thier services. After a week I am out money that I was told would be given back if I wasnt satisfied for any reason.
