I was in an accident in nov. 5, 2006 where I had a l-5 lumbar surgery and my insurance co. didn't and refuse to cover my body injury. Allstate and the person involved walked away free. I was with Allstate 20 yrs. With this co. you are not in good hands

l_5 lumbar surgwery and suffered 8 months of severe pain. I was never recovered one hundred percent. I was not given a dime from my uninsured motorist.

My vehicle was damaged by one of Allstates insured vehicles. The driver was not the insured, the insured admitted that there was someone else driving her vehicle. The driver admitted to hitting my vehicle and causing damage along with wintesses stating that he caused the damage to my vehicle.

Allstate has denied my claim stating that the driver could not have caused the damage. I don't understaand how much more proof do Ineed to supple for some justice to be done in this matter. I've taken time off from work to take my car to Allstates claim center. Now I'm being told that they won't cover the repairs

i was paying for full coverage on an 2004 dodge intrepit, my car caught fire and burned for total loss, a police @ fire report was filed,@when i filed claim to the ins co, they was awful on reporting back to me about the claim, they rented me a car, and put a limited on it without my knowing, after the rental car co call me and told me that my time was up in the rental car, i contacted the ins co and they extended the contract until they finish their investigation, so they say, they had closed out the case without my knowledge

so i called them and told them that the rental co was charging my credit card for the rental car that they had approved for allstate to handle the bill, they gave me the run around and said there was nothing they could do. i loss both ways, i loss my car to them and the blue book value, iended up paying for the rental car, and i got 000 from the ins co, BE AWARE OF ALLSTATE SCAMS

NO ONE WAS HURT WHEN THE AUTOMOBILE CAUGHT FIRE, WHEN IT STARTED SMOKING FROM UNDERNEATH, AND I PULL OVER AND PULL THE HOOD TO SEE WHERE THE SMOKE WERE COMING FROM, IT WAS ON FIRE, I RAN LIKE HELL, I HAD A FULL TANK OF GAS FOR THE NEXT WORK WEEK,

Alyshea of Albuquerque, NM October 30, 2008

Alyshea of Albuquerque NM (10/30/08)
my car was stolen from my sisters home and taken to mexico . I immediately called the police and filed a report. Then called my insurance company and filed a claim with them.it has now almost been 30 days since the time of the incident and my rental car is about to be up.Since it is 30 days no extentions no exceptions i will have no transportation on next tuesday oct.21 2008.

yesterday i met with janet's supervisor aaron who sat down with me and asked me what i needed. I then explained that i had never filed an insurance claim and i wanted to know the process.he then proceeded to tell me it can take months to try and get my car back and if i wanted to proceed without trying to get my car that they would try to appraise the car with all the paperwork that i had dropped off and it would take atleast 24-48hours. i said that would be ok. he then went to take a look at my claim and changed his entire story stating that they could not proceed! without a police report. so I said i had been trying to get the police report but it had not been filed. he would not give me any details of my car such as if it was really damaged stating that he had seen pictures of it. so i said well can i go and get it. he just kept saying he needed to see the police report and that it was a new policy at allstate. which he had not stated before.

this is one of the worst experiences i have ever had to someone i pay money to every month on time. i want them to proceed with total loss because i am the victim here. i think it is ridiculous that i am being treated like i didnt do my part in reporting the car stolen and i have to do everyones job taking time off of work. at this point i think allstate and i need to go our separate ways because people have lives and there is no way that they should ask anyone to take months off of work when they dont know if they are even going to be able to retrieve the car. clearly i am not being told everything. I want more details about my car. I think they should make the calls to apd and find out the truth about the report instead of accusing the person that did file a report. I dont want the car back at this point i just need to get transportation by next week and now its less than a week i have to work to pay my bills including allstate...... that was two weeks ago now i am stuck paying for a rental car to get to and from work. my claim has been pushed to a special investigator and my car is out of mexico but no adjustor has looked at it as of yet. today october 30,2008

I have to pay for my rental because allstate is not processing my claim or whatever they are doing. I have called several times and i get the same i dont know answers. I reported the same information to the state insurance bureau and allstate sent the state a letter saying that my claim was being processed and should take another two weeks. When i called greg last week and asked why he had stated to me infront of another person that my car would be look at by this past monday he stated that he did not say that and it did not matter if this took four months and he wasnt asking me to make payments on my car. i understand that i am not a fleet insurance holder but i am a single parent on a budget a budget that can not afford 800.00 in rental car fees a month in addition to the bills that i already have. i am so tired of waiting for answers. allstate acts as if people dont matter.

Patrice of San Antonio, TX October 28, 2008

Patrice of San Antonio TX (10/28/08)
Aug. 31, 2008, My son was in an car accident with another driver in Houston Texas. Both had allstate insurance. A claim was filed the same day. My car was undrivable and sat for a month before an adjuster came out to take pictures and evaluate it. My car sat BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER Hurricane Ike, for over 30 days. Herbert Manny Roberson, the adjuster on the other policy eventually contacted my son and attempted to intimidate him, asking entrapping questions.

Mr. Roberson also contacted me (later I learned this was unauthorized), tried to intimidate me and threatened to deny the claim w/o all the evidence. 6 weeks into the claim, several Allstate adjusters verbalized to me and the car repair shop that the other party to the accident accepted responsibilty then issued a check to pay for the claim against the other party. Now, 2 weeks later and 60 days into the claim, Mr. Roberson changed the status.

Immediately after I filed a complaint with his supervisor, Mr. Roberson called and cancelled the check to the repair shop, thus breaching the agreement of accepting liabilty and further delaying my car's repairs. I believe Mr. Roberson is acting in an abusive, retalitory and unethical manner. It seems to be a breach of contract by Allstate.

My son has been without use of his vehicle for over 60 days. The vehicle sat for 30 days befor, during and after Hurricane Ike, unsure what additional damages were done. Depreciation of the value of the car (after the accident and weathering a hurricane). Having to pay out of pocket for transportation expenses. Mental and Emotional stress due to delayed claim, loss of transportation, breach of contract and unethical practice of a adjuster.
