On 10/06/08 I have boday check up once a year but should cover by my helth insurance after check up for 2 week I got bill from them to ask for money of 718 but I didn't pay cause that bill should be paid by my insurance(bluecross) so, still have bill and said if i don't pay this bill gonna effect with my craditor then I have to pay and after that I call to Bluecross insurance they said they already paid to them and don't know why they don't refund my money back then I call to 1800-924-0066 (billing question) about my refund they told me they will send to me in 2 week but since that day till now 1 year I never got my money back 718. I don't understand why this ppls they trying to robb me this way. I've been call them and the same answer the check is in process(for 1 year). I still need my money back. I don't know where can I complain to, to get my money back and need it back now. I have another bill from them too but it was just small almout (almost 100) but that's ok all I need is my 718 back first.
