My wife purchased Medicare Plan D R/X coverage from this company effective 1/1/2007. What a terrible experience.Could not get consistent straight answers from staff. Took months to resolve an overcharge. Had written promise to resolve issue in 2 weeks. After several weeks and unanswered calls, wrote letter in June, 2007 to President of company and President of Holding Company in Chicago.To date no answer.

Filed complaint with Better Business Bureau. BC/BS failed to respond to their inquiry also. Also, filed complaint with Medicare service center. I spent 35 years in the insurance business and never witnessed such total disregard to a policyholder. Have documented file for anyone interested. Finally got refund after several months of trying.

Sheer emotional trauma for a 77 year old policyholder.
