I submited all the documentation needed to complet a death claim With Conseco. From the begining there was no dispute from the companny regarding the date of birth of the insured decedant. Up untill reccently the company has informed me that the date of birth on the death certificate differs from that of whats listed on thire file with Conseco. A matter of seven years with the same month and day. Since it is seven years earlyer the value of the policy went from 35,868.00 down to 16701.00 . No were near half.

Conseco has cased me such suffering during this time of morning and has made my life difficult . In regards to obtaining what has rightfully been put into action by the passing of my friend. The company has made it impossible to speek to anyone else besides that of the call center, and the information they provide is vaeg. Conseco has betryaed my trust.

We purchased a trailer in 2001 and repeatedly had problems including a promise to lower the interest rate as well as damage caused by installers. Our paperwork was not signed by retailer and after numerous attempts to straighten out the problems we ask that they come get the trailer. The trailer was picked up and resold. We later found out that a repossession mark was placed on our credit as involuntary.

We were never notified legally of repossession and our credit still shows the full amount of the loan. After two years of trying to get involuntary changed to voluntary and request of proof of notification and how much the trailer was resold for we don't know what else to do.

Victoria of San Mateo, CA December 29, 2008

Victoria of San Mateo CA (12/29/08)
On or about September 2007, I took over payment of my fathers insurance to help out my sister who had been making payments since 1995. The payment was set up to be taken out of my account automatically, but one of the payment in March did not go through because of an unauthorized transactions with my bank. I was then advised by one of the representative that an invoice will be mailed to me since the automatic payment did not go through. I sent a check payment on or about April 2008 via mail, which covered the March payment. I was again advised that I will be receiving an invoice every month and to mail my payment with the invoice. I did not receive any invoices.

My father then told me that he had a couple of letters he received from Conseco, which he did not open. On or around May 2008, he gave me the unopened letters regarding his lapsed coverage. I then called Conseco and requested a reinstatement form per customer services advice. This was a simple misunderstanding. My father has been insured with Conseco since 1995. Conseco then asked me to request to submit the reinstatement in December. When I did, Conseco did not approve the reinstatement. I wasn't sure why I had to wait until December to apply for reinstatement. We could have taken care of it 2 mos after my dad's insurance lapsed. Please advise.
