Find the Best Deal and Apply! - Adv. stephanie of murrieta, CA October 12, 2009 Would like to cancel a car that was stolen and was told that I could not do that over the phone. I know from previous claims I have held with Geico and Progressive that is possible. I no longer own a car and public transportation is hard to get where I am I can not get to the office and he refused to email me the info or anything. Said I had to go there or fax something. I don't have money to spend on faxing. I can email and they wouldn't. I beleive this office is a fraud, never even called me back when reported vehicle stolen! Carol of Dunsmuir, CA March 16, 2009 Carol of Dunsmuir CA (03/16/09) I feel that Cost U Less outright cheated me by not verbally disclosing the fact that the first 220.00 was actually a Broker Fee, a deposit as Courtney called it is refundable. If I can find a policy more that half the cost of what they found me why would I want to pay them a Broker Fee? Not only do I feel that Cost U Less outright cheated me but I wouldn't be surprised to find that this practice is illegal. Can you please help me to get my 220.00 back. Advertisement
