Liberty Mutual Sued in Bid-Rigging Investigation

Jerry of Alamosa, CO October 4, 2007

Jerry of Alamosa CO (10/04/07)
Someone broke into my son's car, smashed the driver window and damaged the radio, stole the speakers and amplifer from the trunk, along with a black bag. We called police, reported it to our insurance. They first said it was under home coverage and then later said it was the car insurance. We have both with them. They sent an adjuster, who made us feel like the criminal not the insured person of the car. They have refused to pay thloss of the speakers and amplifer because they were not bolted to the car! What a scam they have put on us. We are victomized by our own insurance company!

broken window, damaged radio, loss of speakers and amplifer.

I was involved in a car accident. A Pepsi truck hit me from behind and police gave the truck driver a ticket. My personal property was damage. I been trying for 2 months to have someone from the insurance to come to verify the damage. The Insurance representative is playing seek/hide game. I'm serving in Iraq and hard for me to contact the insurance management.

My computer, TV, uniforms were destroyed and need to replace them, before prices goes up.

James of Sunnyside, NY June 8, 2006

James of Sunnyside NY (06/08/06)
I separated from my wife 6/2004. She was a non-driver, but the above company stated she needed to be on my auto policy when we married 1/2001. I called the company 6/2004 and asked to have my wife removed from the policy as we no longer resided together. My wife faxed a copy of the lease of her new residence to the company. However, her name still remains on my policy. I am now told that I need to have her fax the papers again. We were officially divorced 11/2005 but the company refuses to accept a Divorce Decree and current lease without my ex-wife's name on it as proof that she no longer needs to be on the policy.

I remain economically liable for any damages my ex-wife may incur. I have no control over my ex-wife and cannot cause her to re-submit any needed paperwork. It is unreasonable for the company to continue to make me liable for the foregoing and they should accept the Divorce Decree and Lease as proof that my ex-wife should no longer be on my Policy.
