Phillip of Oakland, MS February 24, 2006 Phillip of Oakland MS (02/24/06) I have made 3 calls again and each time I am either refered to some one or told I have to call the Fraud Dept - but when I called I was told by a recording the Fraud dept is closed and to call back durring business hours. I have called the AOL phone number to complain about this practice and have been told it is out of their hands or are unable to help me, If this was such an real issue for AOL they should have some one on the clock at all hours. I have had two months billed to my, 23.9 and I am not even able to stop this!
