I was terminated from AOL a couple of weeks ago. That is how long it has been trying to find out why. The address I was given to write to is unknown according to Map Quest. I have written three letters to AOL with no response. I also gave them my phone number. I have heard absolutely nothing to any of my letters or phone calls. My son wrote them a letter also.

My son has his business cards connected to AOL. I had many addresses and business adresses on AOL.They have not attempted to contact me at all. I am beside myself. We had AOL for years and out of the blue we are terminated. I want to know why. There is no way of retrieving any information.

I have been with AOL for over 20 years and over that time developed a 50 MB website that was on web space provided by them. On the 30 September they emailed me saying that they were closing their Hometown department down on the 31 October. I was on holiday for part of October. However I made enquiries with them and they sent and email to me which included the following statement: please be informed that this will not effect your web page.

Ont the 31st of October they deleted/destroyed my whole web site.

I now have to reproduce my very large web site, but after over 20 years I am not sure I still have the knowledge to do it. It was prduced with HTML 2 which is well out of date. AOL are disgusting.
