every time i sign on i get 2 very large ads on my screen. i pay for aol not ads. also you keep changing things as in paypal, profiles............leave things alone. im very annoyed

After seeking help with my connection problem, several AOL tech support consultants reached premature conclusions that I had a hardware problem, and rushed to get off the phone. After days and countless hours, I was able to fix the SOFTWARE problem myself. Obviously, they could have helped me--but they didn't!

None. I just want the kind of help I deserve from a service I pay for.

I keep getting cut off when I'm downloading info or music that takes a while.  I was downloading a 48 page document and cut off from the last 14 pages.  Plus several times when I'm downloading music which I pay for I get cut off and told I have been cut off because it's idle time.

I pay 21.95 per month and I don't feel it is fair.

I'm disabled and I need to download forms etc. for tax purposes and I'm not being allowed to get them in a timely manor.  I am feeling pretty stressed now.
