Pamela of Gilbert, MN April 10, 2009 I'd used MSN for a short time, then couldn't log on anymore. They were supposed to be taking my payment out of my bank account, so I kept trying to call, email, and go to various sites for help connecting. The automatic site's worthless, and I never did get a response from my phone calls- nobody answered. Now, since I've deleted my account with them entirely from my pc, and am now using a much more dependable provider, my greencard debit card has been billed for MSN!!! Today I did my shopping and bill-paying, and at the grocery store my funds came up insufficient! Very embarrassing and confusing! I paid with cash and came home, went online to Greendot, and saw that MSN has been charging my card for services I deleted and wasn't able to use for two months. Now I'm being cheaged overdrafts form Greendot and I don't know how many vendors will do the same. I support my grandson and myself on an extremely low Social Security payment (I get nothing from his parents), and am absolutely overwhelmed by this; how can I pay for the overdrafts? I bought him an electric razor for his birthday on Easter, and have had to ask if I can return it for living expenses, which breaks his heart and mine, which is already in a state of advanced failure. I'm trying to stay around until he's able to be on his own, and this isn't improving my chances of doing so. How can these huge corporations continue getting away with this sort of thing? Don't they have to follow laws at all? Thanks for listening to a stressed out Grandma. Best luck to all. Delfina of Abilene, TX January 9, 2009 Everytime I want to go into Msn hotmail to chat with family members it throws me out, and I am sick and tired of it doing that to me. Can u fix your program or not Terence of Fairfax, CA November 29, 2008 For the past several weeks, I've been getting email that says that it's coming from me. Once I open it, it turns out to claim to be an MSN Feature offer. But it always turns out to be something about Viagra or penis enlargements, things like that. It says if you want to cancel the subscription, click here. But all that does is make the ad pop up again. There is virtually no way to stop this onsflaught. Can you help me? |
