NetZero Installation Problems |

When I first got NetZero, I couldn't get my services activated so when I contacted the tech support, it came to my suprise that they charge you for help and then they don't even let you know how much it is going to be. Also I was always getting booted offline everytime and then it got to the point I couldn't even get or stay online to get started and I would be spending at least an hour to try getting online without getting booted. That's when I decided to cancel my services after 1 week and went back to my old ISP. Pamela of Jackson MN (3/5/04):
