On or about June 25, 2002, I submitted payment online to Paralegal Alternatives for the preparation of uncontested divorce documents to be prepared for filing in the State of Florida for my friend Alvin. I have contacted Paralegal Alternatives on numerous occasions as to where and when can I expect to receive the documents. To date neither I nor Alvin has have received these documents and no one from Paralegal Alternatives has provided a satisfactory explanation as to what has happened to the documents nor has anyone from Paralegal Alternatives made an effort to reimburse payment for services they did not render. I have tried emailing Paralegal Alternatives and telephoning. No one answers the telephone and no one has returned an email.

The cost to prepare the papers is $95.00, which Alvin deposited into my account and I then charged Paralegal Altenatives fee to my debit card. Alvin and I would like to get married and his estranged spouse is moving from the State of Florida thereby making it difficult to have her served with divorce documents.

Paralegal Alternatives advertisement stated that they could prepare divorce documents and return them to the client within five to seven days. I noticed that recently they have now modified their web page. Orignially, Paralegal Alternatives listed each state on the left side of their web page outlining information for filing divorce documents. Their modified page only list two states now.
