After being separated from my spouse in 1981 I filed for a non-contestant divorce 08/06/1992. I was told by S. M. Longley that upon serving my ex-spouse at the address I gave with a i.d photo that the ex-spouse did not live there (the ex-spouse did live there during that time and continued to live there for about 6yrs.) Then Susan proceeded to advise me that for a total 210.50 all I needed to do was put an ad in the news paper and if the spouse did not answer the judge would grant the divorce, I did so.

When I went to Court the Judge told me Because I had a child( which Susan failed to inform me of) I had to find the ex-spouse. I was denied the divorce. In 1995 I learned that during the filing of divorce 1992 my ex-spouse had already married no record of divorce from me--- Susan did not research any of this during the filing she took my money never followed up and the office moved.
