The "agent" I contracted from Immigrationhelpline.org to assist me in filling my Fiancee Petition (USCIS Form I-129F) without any prior notice stopped being available to work in my case. I tried contacting him for over the period of (3) weeks and I was never able to reach him nor he responded to any of my voice messages. Then, I tried speaking to a customer service manager so I could find out what happened to the person that was supposed to take the time and detail, as well as to take me through each step and help prepare, complete and file my application for submission to the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services, as this company claims to do.

However, the person I was connected to by the operator was never available either. It didn't matter the time or day I called. These people were constantly "not available" or "busy" and I would be sent immediately to a voice mail where I would leave my contact information and several messages expressing my dislike in their services, but no one ever returned any of my calls or tried to contact me in any way. Even mentioning that I would refer this matter to the appropriate consumer protection agency or the Better Business Bureau did not entail a simple phone call in return.

Besides paying the total amount of 469.65 for a service I did not receive, I have also lost (2) months of my time since I selected Immigrationhelpline.org to guide me in the completion and submittal of my application. This happened on May 14, 2009 when I decided to buy a money order to pay what they requested in excahnge of their assistance.
