Orange County ParalegalSanta Ana, CA |

Tina of Brea CA writes (8/15/01):
Tanya of Los Angeles (5/21/03): I also was victimized by "Orange County Paralegal". Due to a Landlord tenant dispute, this person stated he "would handle everything", he was practicing law without a license as well as illegally holding himself out as a "paralegal". I knew nothing of this. He filled out the papers wrong after collecting hundreds of dollars from a single mother, struggling and disabled. I had to do all corrections myself. He illegally gave advice not to pay the remaining rent. When it was time for court, he stated he had filed a lawsuit against the other party. He gave me a bogus attorney name that would show up. Instead, he showed up in court illegally and told the judge and other party to put the eviction through. He then told me the opposite and also maintained that the other party was aware that suit was filed against them. This was all unture and a fraud. The sheriff evicted me. The paralegal was nowhere to be found. He later called me, told me that now that I was "illegally evicted", the other party had caused harm and my lawuit was stronger. Anyone else affected by this person needs to contact the Orange County D A's office. Damage Resulting: Loss of over $5,000 in personal and furniture items. Asheriff coming in evicting me. Haing to pay more in moving and more expensive rent. All of my family heirlooms, furniture everything gone. Credit showing an eviction (will never be able to rent another place), bad bankruptcy plus having been forced into a bankruptcy. A repossesion. Left without a penny. |
