It seems I've been conned by a Psychic-by-Mail. I hold a PERSONAL GUARANTEE stating: "That the report you will receive has been written on the basis of my own psychic insights. The information in your report will include your detailed help: how to win this huge amount $219,909, your WINNING NUMBERS, a special advisory report on BAD VIBRATIONS, your personal LUCKY DATES, and finally, a lucky AMULET blessed by me. My normal fees have been waived, and all of these items will be supplied for a small handling charge. This handling charge is fully refundable if you do not win a substantial amount of cash on the dates I will confirm to you."

This "Small handling charge" was $50. I don't care about the so-called $219,909, or the other rubbish on offer, I just need my $50 back.
