The Perfect Pancake

Ron of Las Vegas writes (4/29/02):
I purchased the Perfect Pancake because it looked real good when demonstrated on TV, but when we tried to use it, and three different people tried it, and the problem with the perfect pancake is that it's not perfect. The problem is that when you go to turn the maker over, the food slides out the side of the perfect pancake.

It's not too bad for pancakes but you should see what happens to eggs, they fly out real fast and the teflon is so thin that it starts to wear off after one washing. So basically it's a piece of junk and should not be sold as it is made now.

If they would redesign it so that there is no gap between the top and bottom that would remove the problem, but right now I would say that it does not live up to the comercials, so thats faluse advertisement due to a design flaw.

I'm not trying to collect for any damages, there aren't any, I simply took it back to the store and got a refund. I could always get some kind of compensation to help them redesign the flaw, it would be an easy fix, I'm amazed they are trying to sell it like this.
