Megan of Lincoln, VA, writes:
I purchased over the telephone a coat of arms shield for a friend for Christmas. I made the purchase on or around the 1st of November, 2000. I was told it would probably not be ready for Christmas and I accepted that. My credit card was charged on the 3rd of November for the amount of $331.95 (the price of the Shield in full with shipping costs).

I contacted Mr. Adams in December to see if he had a better idea of when I could expect the Shield. He told me it would be in January. I have tried calling Mr. Adams twice getting a voice mail box. I left messages asking for a return call. I received no response. I have sent 4 e-mails begging for a resonse to no avail. The last 2 e-mails I sent I informed Mr. Adams that I was having the paper work processed with my credit card to dispute the charges and still I received no word from him.
