Things haven't been going quite as well for producer Joe Francis and his "Girls Gone Wild" crew. They were arrested recently on more than 21 criminal charges in Florida and consumer agencies and class-action lawyers are training their sites on the company. they keep sending me msgs that I dont want & cant use as my mobile isnt internet ready

It costs me 4.50 per msg and I cant find a number to cancel it. as a pensioner I cant afford this

A few years ago I purchased a few DVDS from Girls Gone Wild, and then for the next 5-6 months i was getting billed for Dvds i never bought. Even after i canceled with them they kept sending videos and charging my account. A lawyer sent me a form a few weeks ago telling me i wasnt the only one who has been scammed, but it was thrown out on accident, I want justice!!!

I had to pay all the fees i was charged with or else my bank would fine me, and i had to cancel my account and create a new one. I was charged about 200-300

i also order a video and a month later 2 more came in so i tried to quit the sending them and they kept coming till the whole set was sent and the whole time they was taking money from my account putting me in a hole every time

every time they charged me it would put my account in the negitive then i would have to pay the extra money to get it outso i would have to pay for the dvds and the hole it would put me in making me pay 60 to 70 dollars a month every time they billed me

i ordered ggw, frist two i wanted tried to cancell the next orders and noone will tell me who to contact or how to go about calling or getting on internet to do. so why and what can be done

I ordered 1 video to see what they were like in Sept 08. I then was sent 2 videos in one package and they charged my account in Oct 08. I called them to cancel and to NOT send any more. Now I have been charged another 29 the first of January and I did not order anything nor have I received any videos. I called and they said they would credit the account. They still have not. I still have the 2 from Oct that are unopened. I am returning them in hopes of getting my money for those. If I do not get my credit within a week, I will report my card lost so that they can not charge anything else on the account.

I am unemployed at this time and can not afford for them to take money from my account.
