Hitt Music Group

Jane of Burnsville, MN October 13, 2009

A while back I signed up for their services to help me with my music. They claim to be an A&R company. They send you emails, you have to submit your own music for projects and just hope/wait you get a call from someone wanting to buy your tune. They told me in a verbal agreement over the phone that I would be CALLED to offer renewal or upgrage. Well that call never came. They charged my credit card 200 without permission.

I called that day demanding a refund because the service is a scam and I wanted no part of it. VI was told by "Layla" that I would recieve a full refund after submitting the paperwork she emailed to me. Well after disputing with my bank, the temp money that I was given was taken back and I was denied a refund for a service that I did not want, nor use.

They claimed to email me a terms agreement stating that I would be automaticaly charged if I didn't contact them before my service trial ended. Well the email I used for that service was cancelled because I never used it. She also told me she emailed the denial message to that account plus the new one I provided.V Well, I never recieved notice. This company did not get a signature stating they could charge my credit card nor a verbal agreement. I've filed w/the better business bureau and have not recieved contact yet.

They took 200 from me, and I am not even a member anymore. I did not use a single day of this "renewal" which again, I did not want, nor approve in any way.
