On february 24,2009 i signed a webside purchase agreement with hollywood casting for my daughter Nicole Gomez. On february 27, they took the pictures that will be posted in the supposed web site. Now is april 20, and i check the web site and still doesn't have any pictures of my daugther like they promise. If you check the web site you only see like 7 short pages of the entire web site and it really surprise me since every sunday they take pictures of 20 or more children.
i think there is something wrong going on. They make me pay 650.00 for the web site and 40.00 dollars per month. They already charge the 40.00 but there is nothing posted on my daugthers web site. I really appreciated if you investigate this place because i think they are not giving to the customers what they promise.
I wrote them a letter on 04-06-09 cancelling the contract since they didn't comply with what they promise and to please credit back to my account the 650.00. i didn't hear from them that is why i am asking for your help.
