We received the following response from Adept:

The time of moving depends on certain reasons: quantity of the furniture, how furniture is complicated, time needed to assemble and disassemble furniture, quantity of small items (boxes, bags, plants, etc.), distance from place of loading to the truck, etc.

On that day of moving, we had sent two very professional movers to the customer. They have very many references and were never found rude by any customer before. When I had received that complaint, I had a conference with those movers and I had explained to them that if at any time I had received any similar complaints about them, they will be fired.

Adept Moving and Storage, Inc. would like apologize to the customer for any inconvenience that we had cost him at the time of moving. And the balance that was due, which the customer had failed to pay for the moving, was never sent to the collection agency.
