Flagg is a self storage unit. My late husband 's belongings were stored there until I could go through them.

Because I had alot of things of sentimemtal value, the manager knew that I was disbled and could not travel and promise to inform me if my son didn't pay or come to get the unit 18. But he sold the unit and threatened to get rid of my documents and throw them in the garbage in three days unless payment was made. 

I asked him to debit it from the account that he previously used to get the monthly payment from my debit card, but he refused. This was on Friday and Monday was President's day holiday. I called Tues at 9:30 am and left a message on the answering machine to ask him to take the payment.

He never returned my call. Those documents contained deeds of my grandmother's land and irreplacables.
