Hired this company to move me from Massachusetts to Las Vegas, and my son on to Palm Springs. Had written estimate.

Pick up was a day late then after got some of the stuff on the truck, they doubled the estimate stating the estimates are always wrong. I asked them to remove my stuff and leave, they advised they used 300 worth of supplies (I did all the packing myself and there was no estimate on supplies or disclosure on what they needed to use)They would not remove my stuff and we settled on a higher amount.

They then attempted delivery a day earlier than agreed to, threatened to put my stuff in storage at 1000/day and a redelivery fee of 650. Even with hours of conversation with the people at Infinity, they would not reset the delivery without additional cost.

Finally we got our goods at the agreed price, but with only the delivery of everything to California (we paid extra on the agreement for the additional stop. If we had then do the Las Vegas delivery that was to be another 450.

At delivery, we had money orders as per the agreement, they demanded cash. There is some damage to my stuff which I will address but do not expect a resolution. I found out after that the company that did the pick up and delivery was not Infinity, but a company hired by Infinity.
