  • Overcharged: Quoted $1200, Charged $2188.
  • Late delivery: Told 14 days max, arrival in 38 days
  • Items Damaged and Destroyed
  • Rude Employees
  • Special and Coupons from Company not honored
  • Loss of $988 in overcharge, plus $100 for destruction of VCR.
  • Loss of income, due to income-related items on the moving truck -- delivery so late.
  • Economic loss due to having to come up with $988 more to get my personal belongings back from the company.
  • Emotional damage from stress of money, money loss, income loss, personal belongings in limbo and overdue so long, and from rudeness and "run-around" from employees of the company.
