Overcharged: Quoted $1200, Charged $2188.
Late delivery: Told 14 days max, arrival in 38 days
Items Damaged and Destroyed
Rude Employees
Special and Coupons from Company not honored
Loss of $988 in overcharge, plus $100 for destruction of VCR.
Loss of income, due to income-related items on the moving truck -- delivery so late.
Economic loss due to having to come up with $988 more to get my personal belongings back from the company.
Emotional damage from stress of money, money loss, income loss, personal belongings in limbo and overdue so long, and from rudeness and "run-around" from employees of the company.
