On March 27, 2009, I went on their website to purchase some diet pills. I placed on order of (2)Combo Package of 2 Day Diet Pills and Herbal Detox Tea for 46.95 each and (2) 2Day Diet Pills for 27.95 each. My total came up to 154.80 and checked out through Google account and paid with my Visa Card. I inquired on April 6 because I haven't heard from anyone and since I was already charged, I was hoping that they've shipped my item. I finally got a respond by April 9 from Estelle insisting that I paid through Paypal and didn't go through.

I replied back to her and told her that I paid through Google checkout and provided by Google Order number. Finally, I received a notification from Google that they've shipped my item. When I got the item. I only got the 2 bottles of pills and the 2 combo package are missing. I emailed Google Checkout and 2Day Diet USA to tell them that I have missing items on my order. I explained to them that it's just fair that they ship my items since I paid for them and I have proofs of the transacations and if they don't act on it then that leaves me no choice but to file legal actions.

I got a reply back from Estelle last April 19 saying " I've forwarded your info to be researched/processed/shipped." Until now, I haven't gotten anything. I tried leaving a message on their number provided and asked someone to atleast get back with me and haven't heard anything. I've been very patient with them. Please help me and I hope you can assist me further regarding this matter. Thank you. I have all everything to prove all these things and all the emails sent back and forth. I hope they don't do this to other people. If they can't send my item, they can just refund my money!

I placed an order for 6 boxes of Japanese Lengzhi on March 6, 2009. My credit card was charged, however the merchandise was never recieved. Numerous attempts have been made by e-mail and phone, however no response has ever been recieved.

I have placed an order on 3/3/09 and still haven't received my shipment. I have emailed the business several times inquiring about my order but never received a reply.

Since there is a handful of us whose are not happy with the their service, I have just found the telephone of this business in the white pages.

I placed my order on 3/6/09. I immediately got confirmation that my credit card was charged 94.79 for 6 boxes of diet pills. There was a confirmation number included for tracking notifying me that the package was set up for shipping and I haven't been able to verify that is was shipped. There is no phone number on the website and they are not returning responses to my email. After reading the comments listed on this website, I am really upset to see that I may have been burned. I reported this with the Better Business Bureau.

I ordered from their online store a box of pills. I paid the 25. through paypal which is supposed to be safer. I never recieved anything from B. TRAN, not an e-mail not a letter NOT my money back! I am sick of these people taking our money and running. I didn't even get my money back through paypal, aparantly they closed their bank account connected to paypal. This was January 7 and to this date I have had no response!

I ordered 2 different boxes of pills. I haven't heard from them since. Its already been almost 2 weeks this Sat. I don't mind waiting for shipping time but to not even get a response. They have the worse customer service. I don't know if they just take the money and send the order when they have time or what is going on. I don't have money to be throwing out. I think its only good customer service to be given a shipping date and tracking number. Not to mention they are located in Southern CA. I am in Northern CA. it doesn't take taht long to ship within the state.

I ordered 7 boxes of Slim 3 in 1 Extra Slim Waist Formula Red from 2daydietonline internet store on Jan 12-2009. They charged my credit card for the amount of 118.94 but they mailed me the unauthentic and fake products which I received on Jan 20-2009. I know the products are fake and unauthentic because the products are not working, uneffective, and since I had been using this exact same product from a local diet shop few months prior making an order online from 2DAYDIETONLINE.

I demand the internet-store owner (mr. B.Tran) to give back my full refund while I am mailing back the product to him, but he did not respond to my numerous complaint emails. I've tried to call his store many times but can never reached B. Tran. He avoid to solve this issue therefore I am writting complaint about his internet ill-business practice.

AS THE RESULT MY MY CREDIT CARD HAS BEEN CHARGE 118.94 AND I WANT THE FULL REFUND BACK FROM MR. B. TRAN.
