Slim Easy Pro

Frances of Hatboro, PA May 17, 2009

Received an e-mail for free sample of Slim Chews. Requested free sample, received a partially melted package with the product stuck to the packaging. Did not request any additional product. The company listed as LifeDiet on my credit card attempted to charge me 43.95 for nothing.

Kathy of Houston, TX April 23, 2009

I ordered a sample of slim easy shake for 5.99 but weeks later i was billed 88.00 and tired to cancel when i saw the charges they refused they said i did not cancel in time and did not follow there terms and conditions well the the first place when you place your order you fill out your name address and email and click the send button after that the next page has not terms and conditions the only way you find that out is you have to scroll all the way down to see the tiny print and who would know to do that i contacted my bank canceled my debit card and had a new one issued at first they credited my account but they just as of yesterday took it back and said it was clearly stated on the web site but it is not the company when i called was rude and said they would email me the conformation on the cancellation but never received it i called back and said i did not recieve the email they said they sent it and hung up on me.

i saw thier web site, said free, filled out form then read on down and they wanted you to agree to buy shakes from them.I erased all info I had put in and left the site, bank statement came 88.97 taken out on 3/10/09.I ordered nothing and got nothing. I want my money back. I emailed them. they eyemailed back and said they would cancel my order, i did not have an order to cancel. I called the phone number and talked with a guy named JOE who said I did not need his last name while being rude and obnoxious. So I am getting nowhere with them, I want to sue them.

we live on a simple income and could not afford anything taken out of our bank acct, and I did not find out til the 25th that they had taken it out on the 10th of march.we have a hard enough time living on sosial security as we are handicapped seniors, it messed up our whole monthly budget and we had to without. they are scammers as I read on line, they have scammed hundreds of people.

I responded to an add from e-mail sent to me to try thier shakes for free, except for the shipping which I paid with my debit card. I recieved the shake in the mail. Then I recieved a second and thought it was part of the shiopment from the first shipment. Then I recieved a third shipment and checked the paperwork which was not sent in the second shipment and saw I was being charged for a months supply of shake for 88.97! I never was told they were going to do this, nor did I authorize this transaction! I am furious that they can do this and want my money back!!!!

I am out I never intended to spend and in these economic times I can't afford this. I have to cut down on my food budget for two months to catch up!

I ordered the sample and did not receive the bars or diet info with my order. I have been receiveing this product and charged without my authorization. I called the phone number today, spoke to Jack, after not having my questions answered, asked to speak to a supervisor and he said that he was the supervisor. I said that I wanted to cancel and get a refund for the one that just came in the mail. He said that I had to do that through www.suport@slimeasypro.com and it came back as no such sight. I am now taking this up with my creditcard company. (Jack was not very nice)

My husband ordered SlimEasy online a few months ago. On the container it says to keep out of the hands of children, but not pets. Two of our dogs got into the container, and after we realized that there was cocoa in it, we rushed them to the vetinerary hospital. I also brought with me the other sample we had so that the vets taking care of my pets could see what was in it. Well, one of my pets died. It wasn't from the cocoa, it was from the caffiene.

The vet tried to call the company to find out how much caffiene was in the product, she only got through to a sales person, who had no idea of the amount and also had no idea of what was in proprietary ingredients. She was told that she would have to email the company to find out. She did, and never got an answer. My sweet Snow died of cardiac arrest. I want this company to list all the ingredients and how much of each ingredient is in the powder. I want them to show in BOLD letters about keeping this away from children and I want them to add animals too.

If my grandson had gotten into this, he weighs 25 pounds, the same as my dog, he could have had a cardiac arrest too. The fact that the company never answered the email from my vet, is beyond irresponsible. She wanted this info in case another poor animal had come in with having gotten into this.

I ordered the trial shake for 5.99 was suppose to get atkins bars and didn't. I never agreed to have any futher shippments. My credit card was charged 88.97. I emailed and ask for refund and was told I didn't cancel befor 20 days. I have not recieved the product I was charged the 88.00 for and I can't get a rma number to return it. This is one of the worst scams I have ever encountered.

I am out 88.97

Maryellen of New York, NY February 21, 2009

I received a sample of Slim Easy Pro Diet Powder Formula. I canceled a day later than required, after they deducted 88.97 from my debit card I contacted them. They claimed the order had already been processed and I could not get a refund. However, after waiting a couple of weeks, I had not received the products they had charged me for. I again contacted them and, after many back and forth e-mails, they finally wrote and said the would send 2 bottles of the product (half of the order they charged me for) and give me a credit for 34.99. I agreed to this compromise and received the product shortly thereafter.

It has now been a couple of weeks and I have not received the 34.99. I have e-mailed them 4 times and have still received neither a credit to my debit card or a response to these e-mails. Although it is not a huge amount, I feel I have not been treated fairly from the start. They clearly had not begun to process my order at the time of my original cancellation and I had to pressure them before they would do anything. I was hoping we could settle this situation, but they are very uncooperative and are not honoring their promis of a credit. I do have a copy of the e-mail where they made the promise of reimbursement.

Pat of Mulga, AL February 20, 2009

I received my trial product. 4 days later they send me a full price product. I have not even opened the trial offer yet and they have already sent me a full price product. The ship date on the trial offer was 2/2/09. The date on the full price product was 2/11/09. I called and cancelled on 2/12/09 and was told to email the company for details on how to return the full price product. I emailed them 3 times for this information. I was not very nice in the 3rd one and I finally got a reply.

The reply was not very nice either. Mr. Rick James told me that since I had not cancelled in the 20 day timeframe that the best he could do was for me to keep the full price product and he would refund half of the price. This is a sweet gimmick they have going. I sent Mr. Rick James several replys of my own including a mention of this website and then I actually forwared him this email.

I then decided because of the hour, that I would again call the toll-free number and see what info I would get this time. This time I was told that I had cancelled on the 13th. I told him I had cancelled on the 12th. He then told me that I had 20 days from the DATE OF ORDER to cancel. It took them 11 days to even ship the trial offer. So already I am 10 days behind. However, the FULL PRICE order was mailed on the 11th and I got it on the 12th. Man, that was very fast. So my last day to cancel would have been the 11th. I cancelled on the 12th; the day I received the FULL PRICE order. TOO BAD FOR ME.

Loss of about 75.00. I plan to ask my VISA to refuse the payment. I have already talked to them before this and they said I should inform them if I did not get a refund as promised by the first customer service man I spoke with. He told me nothing about my being too late. He only instructed me to get the details for how to return the product by emailing SLIMEASY PRO. I explained to them in the email that you would be happy to share my story and would that be worth a few dollars to them?
