Trimlife

Karen of Mountain View CA (10/02/07)
TRIMLIFE called my home phone and left a voice message from Jason telling me I needed to call 888.829.2430 in regards to an on-line order for pills and to ask any questions I may have. I had never heard of company and did not call them back. A week later, I receive diet pills in the mail and an $8.95 charge on my Master Card. In the mailing was a statement that read...for my convenience...and as part of [their] Autoship Program, as specified on the Order Form [I] submitted, 14 days after [my] sample was ordered (and every month thereafter, until [I] tell [them] to stop), a month supply will be billed to [my] Credit Card... To cancel go to http://helpdesk.tlsciences.com or call 888.519.4622. At the bottom of small enclosure was info: XHOBATOL weight-loss distributed by TL Sciences LLC, 2624 Vermont Av, Bismarck, ND 58504, 888.519.4622 and website www.xhobatol.com. This company also included a note in regards to FREE MEMBERSHIP....kind of like a free credit card...yeah, right...until you accept pills, and that is when the recurring charges will start. I had MC reverse disputed charge and will not do anything more with the weight loss and multi vitamin pills they sent me. They can come and get them if they want them back! I hope others complain and Trimlife gets put out of the consumer harrassment business.

False charges to my credit card, which I have since had reversed.

i ORDERED A FREE TRIAL OF SOME WEIGHT LOSS PILLS , they offered free with $5.95 shipping & handling. I recieved the order. AND then I recieved a full order about 2 weeks later that I DID NOT ORDER. There is NO Paperwork, invoice, reciept in the box. Only the company name on teh outside of the box. I just looked them up on line to get a phone number and I see that this has been happening to many people..THey are running a scam and noone can get through to anyone that will help. This company needs to be shut down.

I have pills that I cannot take, as once I saw the ingredients on the trial pills, I cannot mix them with my medication. I have not seen my credit card statement yet and I plan on reporting this to my credit card company to make sure I am not responsible for this fraudulent order.

Dawn of Hood River OR (10/21/03)
I stupidly paid $4.95 for some samples of hormone balancing supplements. This is what I wrote to them: I have just spoken with a customer rep expressing my concern that I was shipped a box of hormone balancing pills. I did order a sample some time ago and they have not helped my hot flashes at all. She advised me that by ordering a sample I was agreeing to auto shipments and that my account was being charged $49.90 per shipment, this is ridiculous!

She explained that my account would be credited $39.95 upon receipt of the return shipment at my expense. So...I didn't order it, you are charging me $10 for shipping to me, plus return shipping of $5.73 to you. So...you charged me $10 for shipping that cost you less than $6, which I suppose is your handling fee.

I also was told when I ordered that I would be receiving some sort of gift basket that has never arrived. Your rep advised me that I must have gotten an email to confirm that order and had to reply to the email to receive it. Do you know how many junk emails I get per day? I am sure that I assumed that's what it was.

So...now I have unknowingly purchased a product that does not work, my free gift was not received and I have to pay to get this sorted out. This is one hell of a scam you are running and I intend to report you to the authorities.
