Loved the program in the beginning. I've had some health issues, which is on me, but as I need to track other nutrients, such as potassium and phosphorus, I had to purchase another application, because WW just can't add that like everyone else can. Then, the whole format changes without notice, making it more difficult to navigate. I'm locked in until August and will not be using the app any longer. From day one, my personal needs were shut down. I suggest Kidney Pal and/or Lose It! Both are cheaper and provide far better tracking.

I attempted to start Weight Watchers in February 2026. To use the program you have to use the app and sign on to regular website. Very confusing. They had me on two different sign ins and I could not get my information. It took over a month to straighten that all out. When I had my meeting with my healthcare provider they did not have a strong internet connection and had to keep running around the building they were in. Took two more weeks till I got the GLP1 we decided to use.

This program charges for EVERYTHING. I missed an appointment due to sickness and was charged $100. Tried to cancel, but my membership is locked in for 6 months. Physicians do not respond in a timely manner. The process is too stressful and financially draining. I'd rather lose the weight myself.

I wanted to price the GLP-1 and had to join WW to talk with someone. When I discovered that it was more than what my doctor would charge, I decided not to use them. However! The person I spoke with said my charge was 30 days. That was okay. I spent $49 to find out they were more expensive than everyone else. What I didn't see coming was the charge for $149 the following month. I did not know that this charge was coming. I also contacted them the day that the charge went through. They refused to refund my money. Bad customer service. I will never use WW again.

I have not even gotten into the med plan but I can tell you, that getting into the plan is difficult and frustrating. They have already taken my first payment and I have not even gone through their registry process. I tried to cancel my application and there seems to be no one who can do that. Their system is complicated and you have no idea from the start of how much you are going to have to spend for their program including medication. I will never recommend WW to anyone and I totally regret ever having heard of WW.

Oh my gosh...I wish I would have found these reviews SEVEN days ago. So many of the previous reviews use the same words I just messaged to customer support and my supposed "care team." "Predatory." "Scam." "Fraudulent." What. A. Joke. I don't mind paying for the first month, even though I figured it out within 7 days that this wasn't right for me. But locking me into the 6 months is crazy. By the way, it took almost 7 days to get the info from the care team for me to make this determination. WW is a massive company that doesn't need to operate like this. I'm sure most of us would be willing to pay even $100 for a one-time visit to get all the info upfront.

Had a disappointing experience with this program and cannot recommend it. I was charged an upfront $49 enrollment fee, which I paid with the understanding that the intake and onboarding process would begin promptly. However, the intake process was delayed until the payment fully cleared, creating unnecessary wait time before any meaningful interaction or service began. Once that delay passed, I was then informed that I would need to pay an additional $99 for a consultation in order to proceed. At that point, with no services rendered and mounting costs, I decided not to continue and accepted the loss of the $49 fee.

I joined the WW Med+ plan. I tried to cancel the plan and they refused to work with me. I couldn't afford the medication and I had other financial problems as well. I canceled before the month was up. They would not let me out of my contract and they wouldn't even consider a pro rated amount since I don't use their platform. They didn't even try to help. This company only wants your money. They care nothing about their customers. It's about money alone. Their cancelation policy is unfair. I even asked for a lower payment. They said no and that they would no longer discuss the matter with me. After reading other reviews, I found out I am not alone. I hope they are investigated and are forced to change their policies, so that other consumers are not taken advantage of. I would not recommend them to anyone unless they have money to throw away.

Tried the clinic for more resources and meds. They enroll you in multi month plans which auto-renew, which was not clear to me. When I tried to cancel as it was not helpful to me, they said I had to pay for another 3 months even though I wasn't using their services. Meds are also advertised at a lower rate than they actually cost. The higher doses are double the price of the lower ones. This was not disclosed. Finally difficult to navigate the website. You can't enter regular weights. You have to chat to do everything. Would not recommend.

I signed up for the med plus clinic. I committed for 6 months at $89 a month, The medication was not a good fit for me and I discontinued it after 3 months but honored my commitment and continued to pay the $89 for an 3 more months and then submitted a cancellation. I received an email that my plan was cancelled and 10 minutes later received an email that I had switched to a new plan at $49 month for 6 months. I did not sign up for another plan but they withdrew money from my account. The representatives at WW were not helpful and then I received an email that they would no longer talk with me concerning this. I am now disputing this with my bank. I was a WW member on and off for over 15 years and was treated horribly. They are not the organization that they once were.
