My wife signed up with the on-line program and agreed to pay 12.95 per month for the on-line service. After a while, she decided not to continue with the program and we cancelled. The date was October 28th, 2006. However, since then, weightwatchers.com have been charging us 12.95 per month, despite numerous attempts to get them to stop. Even our credit card company has disputed the charges, got a refund for 2 months and they still charged us in October 2008. There is no phone number to call them, only an e-mail address.

We have been charged 310.80 for services we have cancelled but we are still being charged.

I purchased several Smart Ones Weight Watcher Frozen meals for my lunch at work. I microwaved the Chicken Piccata. Upon opening the Chicken Piccata with Wild Rice to stir it and place it back in the microwave, I noticed a large curled fly larvae (maggot) lying on top of the rice. I immediately lost my appetite, and called my local health department who then told me to call the Department of Agriculture because the meal had chicken. It will be three weeks on Friday, and I still have not heard from them. The dinner is still in the freezer at work. I called the Heinz company wherein, they apologized. A few days later, I received a formal letter of apology and coupons. That is a royal slap in the face. I cannot bring myself to eat packaged foods. As a matter of fact, I have not eaten any form of meat since that day. On the day I discovered the maggot, my co-workers took the frozen dinner out of the freezer and stirred it....and discovered more maggots. I am physically ill just thinking about it. How in the world, can a company be nonchalant about its products and not give two squirts about its consumers?

I have about twenty dollars worth of frozen meals I have thrown out at home because of this!

I love most things about weight watchers, the only thing I have a pet peeve about is the short expiry date on their pre-paid coupons. I bought some coupons, about 3 months worth, in the spring of this year. I missed a few months and then when I returned in the fall I found out my coupons expire on Dec 31, 1007. I find it strange that the expiry date would be less than a year. I paid and now I am losing about 100.

You know that they know that most people don't stick to the program every week. In a way its a way for them to make more money. I'm sure others have had this problem.
