"A" of Colorado Springs writes (7/19/01):
On April 3rd of 2000, I signed up for a 3-day subscription to a sex website. My husband and I noticed on the last few bills that there was a $29.95 charge made by a company called www.ibillcs.com. We had no idea what it could be from. I looked on their website and saw a montly charge of $29.95 for every month since 4/3/2000. These charges equal nearly $500 worth of charges to a sex website that we had no knowledge we were being charged for nor have we visited since 4/2000.

I called and spoke with a customer service agent at ibillcs and she said she would cancel the service and refund my money for one month. What the hell can I do? I find it ridiculous that I should have to pay for all that.

Looking back on it now, I realize why my checking account was frequently overdrawing, thus getting overdraft charges as well. Please help me, we are buying a house and I dont make a lot of money. It makes me so angry that I didn't notice this earlier, is it ok for them to charge me and not give me a refund? Please do not post this with my name on this website.
