AllAmericanPassports.com

Dmitry of Staten Island, NY March 25, 2009

My daughter needed to renew her passport. She was going on vacation when she found out the passport was expired. We decided to go with an expedited service. We found the company (above)on the WEB. We contacted them and they told us the serice will take up to 10 days. They charge for the service 109. 79 for the service and 30 for the delivery. They provided with the application that we had to fill out. While filling out the application, we called the company for the questions that we had, such as, the application stated that we can not sign the application until we present it at the postal office.

We called All American Passports to verify that. They asked how old was my daughter. After they found out she was 16, they told us we don't have to go to the postal office, she can sign the application and send it to them. That's exactly what we did. After the application and all other important documents were sent, two days later the company contacted us and told us that the application needs to be signed in the postal office. When I told them that I called and asked about that, they apologized for the wrong information. I lost 1 week for their mistake.

I received the application back from them and went to the postal office. The postal worker accepted all the documents and told me that he has to get all the necessary documents, seal it in the envelope and send it out. The postal office did the rest of the work. In the meantime, the All American passports charged my credit card twice, 109 on 02/27 and 30 on 03/02. I understand that the 30 charge was for the delivery charges, they had to mail the documents back to me. I do not understand why they charged me 109 if they didn't perform the service? If they had knowledgable people in their organization, the problem could be avoided.

because of this, we got the passport with 1 week of delay, we had to re-schedule our daughter's trip
